To ensure maximum effectiveness of the disinfection service it is best to prepare the space by removing, decluttering, and storing items from all surfaces that do not require sanitization. Those items would include: - objects covering large amounts of surface area – paperwork, magazines, and folders, clothing, garbage, and any other items from horizontal surfaces. What is the difference between an electrostatic sprayer and a fogger or atomizer?

ULV foggers (Ultra-low volume) transform the liquid into super small micron particles to create a fog-like appearance. These applications are typically used for disinfecting and sanitizing large areas and outdoor vicinities.

Electrostatic Sprayers are specialized equipment that electrically charges molecules of EPA-approved, hospital-grade disinfectant. Once sprayed, the positively charged droplets of the disinfectant move against gravity to wrap 360 degrees around germ-infested surfaces from all sides - effectively killing 99.99% of viruses, mold, and bacteria more successfully than any other process available.

How does this differ from a regular cleaning or janitorial service?

Electrostatic disinfection services are in addition to your regular cleaning services and should be part of your plan for infection prevention, control, and odor removal. Additionally, we offer two levels of anti-microbial coating that can continue to fight viruses, mold, and bacteria from 3 to 12 months.

That being said, is it recommended that occupants not be present during and for 20 minutes after the application to allow for the dwell time needed to ensure maximum effectiveness.

What geographic areas do you cover?

What is the difference between sanitizing and disinfecting?

* Sanitizing lowers the number of germs on surfaces or objects—either by killing them or removing them—to a safe level, according to public health standards or requirements.

* Disinfecting kills germs on surfaces or objects and our antimicrobial coatings can continue to perform the disinfecting process for periods up to 90 days 12 months depending on the product.

Do surfaces that have been treated with your 3, or 12 month antimicrobial products need to be cleaned?

Yes, continue your regular cleaning schedule, the antimicrobial products we use do not wipe off in fact they perform better when the coating is not blocked with dirt or grime
